Google的Api平台统称：cloud.google，在使用服务之前必须要注册相应的服务。

1、首先登录Google
2、注册cloud
3、填写注册信息，国内用户请选择“澳门”，需要提供一张国内银联的信用卡卡号，只为验证用的。
4、开启API服务中的Cloud Translation API服务
